Aruba is a desert like
island that is the westernmost island of the Caribbean. It is
located about 18 miles off the coast of Venezuela and 42 miles west of
Curacao. The island is about "average" in size being that it covers an
area of about 70 square miles. Approximately 80,000 people reside here
full time.
Aruba has one of the
highest "repeat" rates among visitors. This is due to its friendly
people, beautiful beaches, and high level of resorts and commerce.
Going to Aruba is not like going to some out of the way Caribbean
destination. You will find all of the modern conveniences of home
