Oahu is the most populated of the Hawaiian islands. The city and county of Honolulu contains approximately 850,000 residents. It is also contains the capital of the state of Hawaii. Oahu once was a gathering place and a resort for the Hawaiian kings. Although Oahu is pretty "touristy", you can still find some very beautiful, quiet spots on the island. |
